Effects
Effects define what abilities do. The level of an ability is determined first by its effect, then adjusted by any modifiers. Combat abilities are further adjusted by their triggers.

During this forced movement, you are immune to all attacks, may not perform any other action, and must flail your arms to represent the effect. The effect ends when you get within arm's reach, reach an impassable obstruction, or the user moves. Pull abilities can also be used to counter Push effects. |
| Push 10 | 3 | Combat, Movement | You must move directly away from the user. During this forced movement, you are immune to all attacks, may not perform any other action, and must flail your arms to represent the effect. The effect ends when you've moved 10 steps or you reach an impassable obstruction, which Stuns you. The obstruction must be substantial, such as a built structure or tree, and cannot be another player. This attack may not be blocked normally, and must be countered with another ability or immunity. Push abilities can also be used to counter Pull effects and vice versa.
