Bardic Performance Times

The casting time on bardic performances has been given its own progression to reflect the unique nature of the ability. Bardic rituals now take 30 seconds, two minutes, and 10 minutes to perform, following the same rating progression as other rituals.

There are several factors behind this decision. First and foremost, unlike other rituals, some bardic performances are intended to be used during large battles between fights. Secondly, other ritual users are not required to do anything other than sit still; bards actually have to put on a show. Lastly and most significantly, it'd be pretty difficult (and potentially boring) for someone to put on very long performances, which defeats the purpose of rallying your allies to action.

It's hopeful that this makes the bard class shine the way its supposed to. Everyone can look forward to seeing the class playtested at the start of the season.
