I am currently in the process of getting the site chat utility upgraded. Currently, it's glitchy and nonfunctional; the chat pane loads but shows no users even when there are others online. I've contacted the software provider for support and hope to resolve the problem in the next day or two.
On the bright side, when this is fixed, we should have chat room capability. I'll post a comment on this thread when there are any updates on the situation. Until then, just hold tight.
Alright, it looks like support came through in fine form. Chat is up, and chatrooms are working like a charm. As always, you may need to clear your browser's cache in order to see the changes. Let me know if anyone has any problems.
