holiday season

I like the idea for having it Jan. 5/6.
So I'm in.

 I agree with what was stated before, plans will have to either happen early december or early january. 5-6 works personally.

 I know Marcel (Tregard) had mentioned something of the sort to me and I think it would be lots of fun.  Y'all are welcome to come to our place (north of Fayetteville, about an hour from Umstead), or we could find a site in Raleigh.

 If anyone is still interested in having a party, here are the options as I see them.  
1.  We can try for something in the first two weeks of December.  After that most people's schedules tighten up and planning gets impossible.
2.  We can also wait until January, let everyone get their holiday obligations out of the way and have a Three Kings party sometime around the weekend of the 5-6 of that month.  We'll have more time to prepare and the pressure will be off to try and squeeze it in before that X-mas deadline (I'm such a gamer I wrote XP-mas there for a minute).
Sound off now if you're interested in getting together.  If we don't have a plan of some type by Thanksgiving, I'm going to conclude that this is not our year and let it drop.  So don't be shy!  Now's your chance.

I think Debbie and I would be interested in hanging out with people.

For the record though, the 5th is a Thursday.

 Right-ho.  The party would most likely be on Sat. the 7th of January.  I can usually remember that the Feast of the Epithany is on the 6th and then I guess about what the closest weekend day is to that.
