up the ramp of the Healer's Den, her mud soaked skirt slapping against her legs. She stops briefly when she enters and calls out, her voice cold and steely "Adyslaine pack lightly; we have vengeance to pursue."

She crosses the room and pulls a piece of parchment from a pile on her desk. Grabbing the quill and ink bottle in her other hand she moves over to the table and sets everything down. "Sabian please make a list of what you wish to be cast into your emblems."

She strides across the floor and enters her room, closing the door behind her.

After a several minutes she emerges in clean clothes with a pack over one shoulder. She puts the pack on her desk and begins stuffing a few vials and small covered bowls from the large wooden closet behind her desk into the pack's pouches. She also replaces the few from her pouch she had recently passes on to Kevass.

Sabian makes his list and leaves it on the table along with the gems." You two arn't planning on going off alone are you? "

Nevara starts rechecking the contents of her pack.

"Yes actually. I need you to tell me exactly where the ogres are keeping the stone that cursed Azriel."

" The two of you can't go alone we will lead you there just let me get Despair and the others." he turns to leave the den unless stopped.

"No, no, we must. The greater force of town will be needed to hunt down Scorch. Adyslaine and I will be fine. I will have Firelily provide us with a scout until we reach the Ogres. If Scorch is tied to this stone I want to see if Adylaine and I can find a way to destroy it. If we are successful, it may make your fight easier. Alternatively, we'll protect it. With Scorch's current injuries he may look for a quick way to heal and I want to ensure that this stone does not provide him a way of it."

She retrieves the emblems from a pocket in her pouch and moves over to the table. "I will see to these and you can be on your way to help the others." She sits, picks up the list and reads through it quickly. She places one of the emblems in front of herself and picks through the gems on the table. She arranges the gems in a pattern around the emblem, raises her hands, palms downward over the emblem and begins to chant quietly.

Sabian emits a low growl. " Fine " he takes the same paper he wrote the list on flips it over and begins drawing a crude map to the ogres he also writes bone scales on the bottom of the paper. " The word I wrote on the bottom of the paper is a word that the ogres gave us when we went to help them it signaled to the ones fighting against Scorch that we where there to help, I don't know if it will be useful but it's worth a shot." Sabian finish's the map then heads out the door.

Without removing her hands or ceasing her chant, Nevara gives a slow nod of understanding.

Upon hearing the commotion from outside, Adyslaine peers through the window of the Healer's Den just in time to see the charred form of the once lively dwarf fall to the ground. Watching closely, she sees Nevara's shoulders slump in defeat for a brief moment. Anticipating her next move, Adyslaine hurries over to her desk and starts tossing various spell components into a knapsack.

As Nevara enters the Den and calls out to her to start packing, she answers, "Already on it, Nevara. Ready when you are."

"The way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Just make sure to stab with an upward motion." - Stephen Colbert

After completing the enchantments, Nevara grabs up the emblems. "I'll be right back."

She leaves the Den and returns after a few minutes. She slings the pack onto her back, takes a look at Sabian's map, folds it an puts it into her pouch.

"May the Wanderer grace our path. We're off."

She goes to the door and lets Adyslaine proceed her out before closing and locking the door. The two head out of town at a brisk pace.
