Start time will be 3 PM, we'll go until late, and we have some limited crash space.
Please bring a dish or beverage to share. We'll have snacks and make homemade pizza.
We'll have a gaming-themed Angori gift exchange with a limit of $20. If you want to participate, bring a gift that a fellow LARPer might enjoy (wrapped, no tag). We will also have boffer fighting if the weather permits.
All Orn players, as well as friends and family are welcome.

Hm, angori-themed gift exchange. Must mean we each bring trophies of our greatest kills, put them in a pile, then beat on each other with ancestral warhammers until the victor stands over the broken bodies of the other revelers and claims the prizes for himself. Yay for the holidays. :P
Well... first things first, Hi!!! my name is Brandi and i've been stalking/lurking for a couple of days. I've already decided that I'm going to be attending the event in april, and am crazy stoked/excited about it. My husband will probably be joining me, so as of right now we are still figuring out characters, and stuff like that. I'm still looking at all the information and all, but am pretty set and excited about the event in April. I haven't RSVP'd yet just because of the fact that, well, i haven't created a character yet, lol.
All of this is to say that my husband and i would kind of like to attend this event, since April is so far off, and i'd like to meet people, and just generally hang out with people that i don't really have to feel wierd in front of.

Hi Brandi. You and your hubby are both welcome to come and meet everyone. We're a very friendly group.
And I'd ordinarily call it a "Viking Gift Exchange", but I don't know if Orn has any Vikings. Gifts are allowed to be "pillaged" as they are opened. I figured that the competitive nature of the activity would be appealing to Angori.

Does an Angori themed gift exchange mean that everything needs to have horns or that the person with the best claim to the gifts gets all of them? :)
