Stigmas

The drowned are souls lost at sea whose bodies become infested with aquatic life before rising form the grave to haunt the living once again.

 It is said the Ashen Wastes were formed from the decomposed remains of innumerable souls over the ages. The Flayed are a testament to this, souls who wandered too long or suffered too greatly and lost all vestige of their humanity. Some appear as skinless apparitions, others as skeletons or merely just floating skulls. What distinguishes them is their utter lack of speech or emotion and their aggression toward any being, living or dead, who wanders too close.

The souls trapped at the gates have developed their own society in the Deep Nether.

A flesh-rending ooze is formed out of the flesh and blood of living creatures. 

Small creatures from the Astral that have amorphous bodies with pseudopods for limbs and masks for faces.

Tyrants are rare, formed from souls so twisted that they transformed long before reaching the afterlife. They emerge from the Maw of Damnation and feast upon other fiends, assuming command of hellish legions. Their auras fend off even sacred weapons and bathe opponents in pure malice, inflicting wounds and sewing fear from the sheer force of the tyrant's dark will.

Scourges were damned for the sin of slavery, robbing hundreds of freedom in their lust for power. Their aura wreathes them in magical chains that react to their will, lashing out and binding their victims.
