Byproducts of goblins is theft, fires, and (worse of all) voracious Goblin Fleas. Wherever a goblin makes its home, their fleas will surely build their home. They tend to live in the refuse and garbage that goblins leave around and swarm any delicious blood bags that are unfortunate enough to approach to close.
Infestation
Something big must have died here to create such an out-of-control infestation of vermin. Someone who can talk to them may be able to convince them to leave. The only other solutions are fire or fumigation. Either way, disturbing the nest may be perilous.
