Check in any time between 10:00am and 11:00pm on Sunday, August 16th, 2009. The game will be called at 7:00pm that evening.
This is a one-day event, so you won't need cabin decorations, bedding, or toiletries. Everything else on the What to Bring list is fair game. If this is your first event, be sure to bring your completed paperwork and create the PC you intend to play as well. If not, updates will not be allowed on site, so don't forget to update your character before the game.
