Abilities 10 of Spirit
Touch
You trigger a Touch ability by touching the intended target, or you may choose to affect yourself instead.
Phase
You become immune to all attacks except Unphase. You must cross both arms over your chest to indicate the effect and declare "Immune" whenever you would otherwise be hit by an attack. The effect ends if you perform any action other than moving or speaking.
Any Phase ability can be called as Unphase instead, in which case it becomes an attack that ends another character's Phase.
Burst
A Burst ability includes the "Burst" prefix as part of the tagline and affects all characters close enough to hit or be hit by you in melee at the time it is called. The ability cannot be avoided or blocked, though countering and immunity apply normally. If the effect is detrimental, everyone in range takes the affect regardless if they are flagged for PvP or not. If the effect is beneficial, you may choose to affect yourself as well.
Party
A Party ability affects you normally and can also be shared with other characters. You may give the ability to any number of characters any time except during content or combat and the benefit applies whenever they are within sight of you. Characters may only benefit from one Party ability at a time, regardless of how many you or other characters have, though you may grant different abilities to different characters at the same time. You may revoke a Party ability at any time if you so choose.
If the ability is granted by a sanctum, residents of the sanctum may choose it as their Party ability, but remain limited to one Party ability at a time. The owner of the sanctum may revoke its Party abilities, but residents need not be within sight of the sanctum or the owner to benefit from them.
