Melee

You trigger a Melee ability by attacking the intended target with a melee Weapon or Unarmed Attack. If you do not have the Proficiency to use the Weapon, it is Ruined, or the arm wielding it is Maimed, you cannot use the ability.

You cannot Rest and suffer one Crit worth of damage every time you expend Spirit until you are Renewed.
