Vicinity effects can now be restricted to affect characters of specific alignments at the time they are used. For example, instead of calling "Vicinity Heal 10," a character may instead call "Good Heal 10" to affect all good characters within earshot or "Town Heal 10" to affect all good or neutral characters. Monsters may, of course, do the same thing; Rizzik, for example, could now call "Town Frenzy" instead of "Vicinity Frenzy," leaving his minions unaffected. This choice may be made at the time the action is used.
