Corvax can be seen walking from one side of town to the other, He stops at all major guilds and the the town post. The places he stops he puts a scroll in the door and a scroll on the front porch with a rock to hold it down, finally he nails a scroll to the town post the scroll reads.

By the Brother Of The Bladed Gavel, I Kevass hereby declare myself Sheriff of Jastery and the surrounding countryside. I pledge to provide Protection, Justice and general wellbeing to the town of Jastrey. The general lack of leadership and direction have lead me to this decision. The people of this new town can count on myself and my deputies Kirell, Dreygor, Garith and Corvax to help protect them and this town. For those that wish to submit possible laws and town ordinances, please submit them to Thalenir the judge for safe keeping. I would like a town council to be formed by all the guild leaders to vote on laws and to provide the leadership for this town.
