Can anyone work with glass?

Does anyone know how to blow glass, or work with it at all?? Cause I need a glass pendent necklace in the shape of a teardrop with a little bit of redness in the center to look like fire. I can pay if need be but if someone could lemme know someone that can do that. It would be greatly appreciated. <3
