Panting from his run from the edge of town he looks around then talks in an urgent tone.
"Haven, Beryl, either of you here?"
Not waiting for an answer he starts torwards the library section of the healers den hopeing to run into one of the ladies.
"There is something strange at the edge of town. Kirell states its the body of the Pirate Atrius Bloodbrand, and I am looking for more info on him............Haven? Beryl?
Dreygor continues to the library.
Dreygor looks somberly at Beryl and states.
"Kirell is very sure it is Atrius. The sword that lies next to the skeleton he says is most definitly Blood Tide. Do you think there is anything in these old books here that may help us know more about this, and if there would be any way to get rid of or destroy it?"
Beryl turns toward Dreygor and eyes him with anxiety. "The only thing I know of is a small volume on the history of the Gold Coast Corsairs and Atrius. There's nothing that I know of that would give a clue on how to rid us of him or Blood Tide."
"More men than can be counted lost their life to Atrius Bloodbrand, Dreygor. Only hundreds of his fellow pirates and the sinking of his ship could destroy him when he was alive."
She thinks for a few moments before speaking again. "In death..." She shrugs.
Dreygor looks down, eyes lost in thought for a moment, then he speaks.
"Well then, if that is all we got to go by I guess we are going to have to take it as it comes. I am going to let Kevass know that there is no more information to be had. Thanks Beryl for your help."
With that Dreygor exits the healers den.
Beryl pops out from between the book shelves, her mouth agape.
"Atrius Bloodbrand? Wh...wh...is he sure?" she stammers.
After standing rooted in her place for a few moments, Beryl turns to the bookcase on her left and hastily scans the shelves.
As she searches she mutters to herself. "Kirell must be mistaken. 'Tis only a myth that his spirit still roams Orn."
