The morning after Erdan buys a meal for a poor beggar, he finds his new friend dying and is touched by his last words.

Erdan takes his body from the Shady Corner and prepares a burial ceremony to take place just outside of town.

He approaches Drux and says, "Dear Drux, this poor beggar died in my arms and left me with a blessing. Will you preside over him while I put him in the hallowed Earth, as any proper man should be put to rest?"

Drux replies, "No problem, just tell me what I need to do."

Erdan takes the beggar and leads Drux to a stop near the monastery. There Erdan has prepared a hole, six feet deep and a headstone that reads, "For those and hunger and thirst for righteousness; they will be filled."

He lowers the beggar in the hallowed earth and grabs his shovel, leaning on it as he looks down. "I hope it's better where he is now. If there is such a place. May the gods treat him with mercy."

Erdan looks to Drux to sanctify the remains and the headstone (so as to ward the undead and possible thievery).

Stiers walking to the wall and sees Erdan laying the begger to rest...Stiers aproches with the last of the dirt  being thrown on stands at the head of the  headstone Draws his holy sword and kneels down on to one knee...Head bowd down useing his sword as a Holy Symbol  Sties starts to bless the ground around the beggers grave  with a brightlight a symbol of his Immortal is engraved  in to the headstone ...............Stiers standsand looks up at Erdan  there shall be no unead comming from this grave and none shall distube this grave with that mark on the grave  ...... ...Stiers extends his hand.............Come Erdan  we have defences to build and and people to save........Are you with me friend?

With a quick glance to Drux, Erdan speaks, "Yes, we have many days ahead of us. Moving stone is not my favorite thing, but if it will help everyone slay the beasts that march forth from the bowels of darkness, then it must be done. Let us build a strong wall, fit to ward off many of these. And afterwards let us feast on lamb, carp, rabbit, orangutan..."

He trails off listing many exotic animals to feast upon and speaking of fountains of the finest wines and ales while he heads back to the wall.

OOP- HA! I see what you did there...
