Family Jewels!

The wizard and disciple classes have been granted a weak affinity for Jewel crafting. This change freed up some of your previously spent skill points if you had this skill. Enjoy!

This change was previously approved by Thad, but implemented by me. So he has every right to revoke it if needed. Once again I am not on the rules council. I am just attempting to help take some work off of my brother for the "Magic Website" part of our little game.

Nope, that one's approved. Jewelcrafting will be useful to wizards and disciples in creating multi-use class items (e.g., wands), as well as imbuing items with daily and adventure abilities later on. It makes perfect sense for them to have an affinity.

Given what jewelcrafting is apparently for (foci, sticking abilities into one-shots, making magic weapons, etc.), I think this totally makes sense.
