Foam for ultralight cores

I am looking for pipe foam an ultralight core for a traditonal foam/tape weapon.  Does anyone know a place to buy it online?  I seem to be striking out left and right.  Feel free to reply to this thread or send me a PM.  Thanks.

Have you considered Great Stuff?  Squirts out as a thick, sticky gel, expands and dries as a foam.

For Cores, Goodwinds.com is your friend. I like thier Epoxy Wound Filiment Tubes. Id suggest .401 and up for outer diameter for single handed, and at least .50 OD for two handers up to 50 inches
 
For foam, i like the foam factory (i think thier website is foambymail.com). They sell cross-linked polyethlene foam by the sheet (this foam is the best foam ive found, Great Stuff dries hard and shatters under larp combat conditions). For Tubes, visit your local lowes/home depot and get the pipe insulation (i like the rubberized kind, but its more expensive)
