Forgehome Relief Fund: Esgir's Offer

*The dwarf, familiar only to those either long in Jastrey or the few he'd crossed paths with since his return walks out of the tavern, a rolled up parchement in his hand. Walking with purpose to the area where notices were posted he unrolled it and secured it in plain view.*
 
"Good people of Jastrey, fellow adventurers, friend or stanger alike; Esgir Anvilsmiter begs your attention. While there is much that needs to be done to rebuild Forgehome, and the task is great, the basic needs of the people need to be met. I, Esgir Anvilsmiter, am not a great engineer nor architect, nor do I possess the skills to make fine weapons or armor to defend my homelands or strike back at it's enemies, but what skills I do have I bring to bear for it's good.
 
Let it be known then, that from this moment until Surischtad, Esgir Anvilsmiter will collect goods of all kinds for the people of Forgehome. In exchange for these donations he will provide his services as a Jeweler to one person, chosen at random, from those who have donated. A precious and beautiful Ring or Necklace of Master Quality will be the payment for your generosity.
 
If the support for Forgehome and it's people is strong enough, further treasures may also be made available. Esgir Anvilsmiter will update this notice if that occurs.

[From now until November 30th, 2015 (Surischtad, 5730 NB) Esgir Anvilsmiter will be accepting donations for the people of Forgehome. Please PM Esgir Anvilsmither with donations, and contact NCDarkness with any questions.
To break it down into an orderly fashion in terms of game mechanics it will work as follows:

15                                        1.00 Gold (or trade goods*)
30                                        1 Boon
 
Notes:

• Trade Goods will be valued at 70% Base Value for Consumables/Reagents, or 100% Base Value for Materials. Equipment value will be open to negotiation (contact NCDarkness).
• 90% of the total donations will be turned over to Plot/Ownership as a donation to the people of Forgehome.
• The Ring/Necklace may be made of a Special Material if the winner supplies the material.
• The Ring/Necklace will be of Master Quality.
• EDIT: At the winner's discretion, an existing Superior Ring/Necklace can be upgraded to Master Quality instead.
• All Boon donated will be applied to the creation of the item, if surplus boon is collected, additional items will be created, and additional winners drawn (Esgir will update if this threshold is reached).]
