Zwey walks from the woods surrounding town, with a rolled sheet of parchment in his hand. Using his hammer, he drives two nails into the top edge of the paper, and it drops down to reveal a wagon wheel who's spokes are made up of the tools of the various professions instead of wooden dowels. Below that,it reads:

Looking for a good fight? For honor? For profit? Test your mettle in the Circle of Blades!

This is a tournament for Jastrey's finest fighters. Participants will first pit their skills against one another in glorious single combat, the rules of which are decided by the those who enter the ring. These tiered fights will lead up to a grand finale who's rules will be announced dependent upon how many glorious gladiators sign up for a chance at riches beyond their wildest dreams.  The potential earning come at a cost, a mere 2 gold, for admission. As you slay your fellows, you will gain points that will advance your Tier. The higher the Tier you achieve, the more points killing you will be worth. There will be no random attacks, for we are a honorable bunch. To fight, you must make the challenge, find a member of the Gallimaufry, and find a space to fight! The victor will have their points accounted for, and tier advanced if needed. You can only fight each person one time per tier.

(OOP, This will be a Tiered tournament leading to a free for all finale. Winning a match in gets you one point. Winning the finale gets you gets you points equal to the number of participants. If you so choose, you can gather together a team, and take on other teams to gain points as well. Teams will divide the points as they so choose. As you gain points, you will be moved up through Tiers, making you worth more points if slain. Tiers will be indicated by blue flags tied to your person. There will be 3 tiers, the first is 0 pts, the second is 5, the third is 15 and up. You can only fight each participant once per tier. As an example, lets say Zwey and Nobody fight, and lets say Nobody wins. Nobody and Zwey cannot fight again until they are both Tier 2. Team fights are doing in a similar way. Lets say Zwey, Nobody and Leofrick fight Victor, Keg, and Trivett. They cannot fight each other AS A TEAM again until tier 2. But they can fight each other individually.)

Richter approaches the town post.  Immediately after seeing the message from Zwey, he reaches over to it and yanks it off the board.  "Such a mockery shall not be made of Lemesin!  Using his symbol for a petty gold grab, that will only stir more aggression in this town, cannot be allowed."   Richter draws his sidearm and cuts out the name of the tournament from the message, leaving a blank patch where the title was formerly.  He then drops the cut out piece to the ground and draws his hammer from his back.  He -dissipates- the small cut-out sheet, reposts the rest, and walks away to the Shady Corner.

Zwey come across the fallen paper, picks it up, and notices the missing portion. "Ah well, what is life without enemies." Zwey shakes his head laughing. He re-nails the post, with the hole repaired. Instead of The Circle of Blades, he changes the name to "A Gathering of Free Minded People who Stick Each Other with Sharp Things"

:: Tathar walks up to the the Board where all of the random announcements have been posted::

"I know there is a tournement post here somewhere." He says to himself. "There it is!"

:: Tathar moved the announcement up to the forefront of the announcements::

"This should be interesting" He says, before walking off.
