Healing Arts Skill Updated

I've updated the Healing Arts skill and renamed it to First Aid. If you had the skill before, you should probably give it a once-over to understand the changes.

Here's the short version. You can perform First Aid on a dying character. The time it takes to stabilize that character depends on your rank in First Aid, from 30 seconds at rank one to 10 seconds at rank five. Once they're stabilized, they are at one health and unconscious for 10 minutes.

You can also get a stabilized character back on his or her feet. It takes the same amount of time, and the character becomes weakened. They're slowed and can't use dailies or collaboratives until they rest for 10 minutes. Essentially, they're the walking wounded, so they probably want to stay out of combat.

Keep in mind that a heal of any strength will pick a character up from dying, wake them up from stabilized, and/or remove their weakened condition. Heals are always better; First Aid is just for emergencies when you don't have any heals handy.

Note that the portion of Healing Arts that allowed you to diagnose status ailments will now be moved to its own separate skill. I think that makes more sense, anyway.

Thoughts? Opinions? Do you love it or hate it?
