First of all few of my friends always wanted to join in Larp. We always have a big problem. We dont want to come to a larp event and relize it will be very hard on us. Is there any rules or possible ways that we can make it work for us? Issue is the 3 or 4 of us are deaf, we cant speak very well. Just wonder how it will work for us. Let me know on advice on this kind of thing. We might start in the fall.

Firstly, it's awesome that you and your friends are interested in LARPing. :) I've only been doing it for 3.5 years now and still have a total ball.
As Thad said, in this game's system most of our key rules rely on auditory cues. This is something that most boffer-combat systems (in this country anyway) share. There are, however, many other types of LARP that you all could dive right into. A couple that I know of off hand are Theater style and Game or Convention based. North Carolina is a huge hub of Theater LARP groups. If you are on Facebook, search for the NC Larper Network and you'll find lots of groups you could try. The Game or Convention based style is an off-shoot of Theater that uses a card based system for combat, so all the combat cues are visual. (My husband and I are actually planning on developing one for a game we're making, but we aren't there yet).

Hello Ross. Welcome to the site. Our combat system relies upon spoken taglines that may be delivered at a distance, in the dark, or from players with masks or other facial coverings. Likewise, our most important safety call, a hold, is an auditory cue. You and your friends could roleplay or spectate, but there wouldn't be a way for you to participate in our simulated combat. Since that's the main draw, I worry you wouldn't enjoy yourselves.
