Evening time approaches in the tavern. The sun rests low in the sky, and the Shady Corner seems to be alive and crowded with the dinner rush.

A small blonde haired, yellow clad fae slips into the tavern, making his way through the town. A small satchel is slung around his shoulder. He digs into it and pulls out a single envelope. He looks at it, smiles, and nods. He then begins to flutter through the tavern as if looking for someone specific. Those who have met him recognize Timothy Wiggles
Thimble had just gone and fetched herself a glorious plate of dinner foods, and now sat at a lonesome table to enjoy her meal and thoughts. Although before eating, she took her bracers off, finding that, when on, they are not the easiest to eat with, and set them a few inches from her plate, before tearing into a bread roll.
FuChu sits queitly at a table by himself, his dinner layed out before him he ate carefully with his chopsticks and contemplated. Scattered next to his plate were many a scroll, on his belt his katana layed in wait. With Zwey's rumbling voice Fu looks up spotting him and a new face he has not yet met.
The Fae seems to be busily dodging around people, clearly looking for someone. He stops to look frustrated at the Angori.
"There's never been a parcel left undelivered on my watch. I believe I can manage on my own, thank you." He begins darting through the crowd again, before being called out to by the Elf. He regards the she-elf coldly. "Of course I'm looking for someone. I'm on an important mission." He flutters off wandering around the Tavern.

Seeming to materialize with the fading light, Binx perched between two of the tavern windows. She rested with her back against the wall, slender arms crossed over her chest. Eyes as yellow as the fae's garments followed him from the opening in her mask, narrow with suspicion and irritation. Unusual fae usually brought nothing but trouble to Jastrey as far as the pale Uordeq had seen. And ogres.
Glimmers ears begin to prickle as she shoos Katri out of her office to see what the fuss is about. "TIMOTHY WIGGLES! DEAREST DARLING DELIVERY DEARY! How are you and WHERE in the MOUNDS have you been? Have a cookie. Have 12 cookies!" Glimmer shoves cookies into Timothy's mouth, and then stuffs her own as well. In a flurry of crubs, she says "Sho what's thish businesh?"
The Fae looks estatic as Glimmer approaches. He quickly swallows down the cookies before his face takes on a more formal expression. He slides the envelope across the table toward his contact.
"This is no time for games, Madam Glimmer." The deadpan and business like tone didnt suit the fae at all. It almost sounded wrong coming out in his voice. "It's from the Her Majesty, the Queen. For Your Eyes Only."
Gaius flutters into the tavern, carrying a special-looking teacup. He looks around, a bit confused, before spotting Glimmer and Timothy. He flutters over to them.

"Hello Glimmer! Hello Timothy! What's going on here? I know I'm not usually around the tavern at this time, but I had the strangest urge for some tea and cake..."
Binx briefly glanced at the cluster of fluttering fae, turning her gaze elsewhere as she shamelessly listened in on the conversation. She arched an eyebrow seemingly at the tavern door as their chatter turned grim. She couldn't help but wonder if Timothy Wiggles was holding yet another troublesome invitation from Festivia.
At Glimmer's request, the pale woman approached the gathering without uncrossing her arms. "You need my help." She repeated, adding a curious lilt to the statement. Instead of sitting she leaned a hip against the edge of the table next to Glimmer, eyeing each of the winged creatures in turn.
"Oh Binxie do sit down and quit being so Deki. This is serious of the most serious seriousness ever! Eat some cookies." Glimmer picks up a cookie and slides it slowly to the Uordeq's mouth, whisper close to her and continues in a huff of pink faced frustration. "I got a letter from Festivia. All it said is the time is now and report to the court. I need another scout. Therefore, you will do it, yes?"
The slightest hint of amusement shown in Binx's eyes as she took the cookie creeping towards where her mouth would be behind her mask. She began to toy with it betwen her fingers. "As long as it isn't those damnable ogres back from the grave, sure." She agreed, her lingering disgust with the creatures blatant. "'The time is now,' does that mean anything in particular to you?"
Glimmer giggles at Binx toying with the cookie. "Well, it can mean several things. There could be a problem between the courts. We're nearing fall and if the Unseelie Court is trying to begin early, that will create outright warfare. Their numbers are weak here though, so I don't imagine they'd try for that outright. It may be that Festivia needs scouts within the court to watch over it if she's received word from somewhere she's needed. There are several other things, but I just don't have enough information yet. I'm pleased you'll go. Thank you."
Zwey is walking across the dining room of the tavern, dodging the other patrons in the crowded venue, spilling drops of his drink and bits of his dinner with every jink and jive the heavyset angori can muster when he notices the shock of blonde hair and the Fae that goes with it.. Finding a seat, he waves at the flitting fairy, "Oi! Fae! Need help finding the owner of that letter?" Zwey's deep, rolling voice rumbles across the tavern.
