Independence Weekend Party--Sunday 3 July at Tom and Jenn's House

Hello Larpers of Orn!
It has been Tom's and my tradition for several years now to host a house party around the 4th of July for our friends. We swim and boat in our lake, have a cookout and light some pyrotechnics after dark. We also have some indoor activites, like Rock Band and board games, in case the weather gets iffy.
This year's party will be on Sunday the 3rd of July. We will start around 1-ish and go til after dark. You are welcome to stop by at any time, and we do have some crash space for those who wish to take advantage of it.
This is a family-friendly party, but we are adults and will provide adult beverages for our guests of age. We have a large-ish lake in our back yard, so non-swimmers, be sure to bring your floaties if you want a canoe ride.
We also have two cats. They are indoor only and will probably hide, but I warn in case people are allergic.
If you would like directions, please PM me. All Orn folks are welcome, but I need to know who is coming to plan food and drinks. Thanks!

I will definitely try to be there. You never know with my job, but I'll try!

Jennifer, Izzy, and I plan on coming. Hopefully I can get a chance to pull you guys aside and train you on how to use your plot gadgets on the site. ;)

Sounds like a lot of fun. I should be able to make it and will bring my husband (Nathan). :)
Should we bring camp chairs?

Chairs would be a good idea... we only have a few extra

So we have a BYOC "bring your own chair" situation XD I also need decaf and prefer diet soda if you don't mind :)

I also do diet soda, so will be sure to have some on hand. And I'll pick up some decaf. Thanks for letting me know.

Also, it looks like we'll have a good turnout from Orn folks as well as a few of our other friends who game and might be interested in trying it out, so if you want to bring your boffers for some unofficial sparring, please feel free to do so.
