You can now selectively revise individual actions, proficiencies, and merits for one boon apiece. You can access this feature from your character's Boon page. Note that the form does not allow you to change your name, race, classes, or paths the way the full respending option does, nor does it let your roll back abilities that are serving as prerequisites for other abilities. It's intended for tweaking your character; if you're significantly changing your build, a full respend will still be the best option.
My only question would have been how does it work with versitility merit? Though I just tried it. The system let me remove my versitility but did not take away any actions. When I go to spend my extra merit slot it does not let me giving me the error of having to many actions.
