The main text of the document appears to be formally written, complete with the calligraphy and flourishes of a royal decree. However, several parts have been marked out, written over, or added in bright pink crayon. There are also crude crayon drawings of pumpkins, punch bowls, and a fairy with horns on its head next to a hangman's noose.
Glimmer signs the post in large swooping letters, as if the High Queen herself can read it, as follows:
