Jael strides up to the town post, a slight noise with each step as the rings of his chain mail move together. From his pouch he produces a piece of parchment and a ink pen. After attaching the paper to the board he ties a piece of string to the pen and allows it to dangle from the nail. The parchment reads as follows in neat handwriting:
Greetings All,
Anyone who has visited Jastrey knows that this town is a place of great danger. Without working together Jastrey could fall to the many monsters that continue to attack our walls and invade our homes. In an attempt to keep more of us alive for longer I propose a giving away of medical items to those who can use them. Should anyone like to donate items that require medicine for proper use to those who could help town with them please write your name down here with the items you are donating and come see me with them. Those who are knowledgeable in medicine also place your name here to receive said donated goods. Items collected within three weeks time will be divided as evenly as possible between those who may use them. If anyone who has items such as potions that may be used by those less trained and wish to donate those to spread out among those who would carry them write down below what you would donate and trade me the item. If you would like to recieve said items to use on others in town write your name below. By pooling our resources together more of us might live to fight another day, rather than dying and being resurrected by some twisted change in fate.

OOC: Post what you are going to donate and then "edit" the item and change the "owner" to "Jael Taydon". I will take all donated goods and distribute them on May 7th or 8th so that there is time to get them into the Healer's inventories before the event.
EDIT: I also added an option to donate potions and the like to be given to those who can not use medicine but still want to help town by picking up their allies.
Silver walked up to the board and read the parchment with a wry grin. Someone had the right idea around here. She had used quite a few resources helping members of town in general the last time there was anyting eventful going on. She opened her quill pouch and signed Silver Dragoran to the bottom of the list.
Delvin whistled happily as he wandered up towards the town post to take a peek at what Jael had just posted, "Ah, medicine. I used to be able to use them but I've recently, er, forgot..." he chuckled, "Perhaps I should donate a couple tonics to the good people in town" he nodded before signing the sheet detailing his charity.
Delvin hereby donates 4 tonics for the good of town, use them wisely.
After visiting the bazzar and purchasing up all of the bandages Ashe walks out and see's Jael posting a sign on the town post. Curious as to what he had to say he walked to the post, read it, and decided that others in jastrey needed these bandages more than himself.

Cameroneon walks up to the board and struggles to read the message. Standing there for what seemed like hours he finally pulls out his quill and signs his name because he too can make use of medicine.
