I've added a tweak to the Phase effect. Now, when you are using a Phase offensively to cancel another Phase, you use the "Unphase" tagline instead. It otherwise works in exactly the same manner.
I did this for a few reasons. First, folks had noted that it was within the rules to be cheesy and simply drop your Phase voluntarily while a packet was mid-flight. The new tagline will prevent that from working. Second, people had requested offensive Phase enchantments that they could put on weapons, and adding the new tagline allowed me to create the Ghost touch enchantment. Lastly, it allows plot to have monsters who can Unphase at will without being terribly broken.
So now to have a dual purpose phase, I have to be a mage or theurge? I need double the enchants to have this in my arsenal. I understand the need for the differentiation, but why is there an enchant now that only does half of a full effect? Why couldn't the phase on weapons just serve both purposes?
