The Morning After...

It was last morning, only a couple of hours before midday. The tavern was lacking a bit in patrons, but a few were settled about through out the long dinning hall. An Ixifar sat, head seemingly glued to the countertop, at the bar. Her hand clutched a large glass of water close to her partially exposed face and her other arm hung limply at her side.

A snow elf walks into the tavern, his hand exuding some chilling air on his forehead, he grumbles to himself and he see's Lia sitting at the bar. He sits down next to her and laughs. "What a night, eh?"

It took a few moments, but finally, Lia peered up at Seren with bloodshot eyes. Her head moved slightly...perhaps an attempt at a nod, and she struggled down a swallow. She pulled the glass to connect with her forehead and let out a cough.

Thimble had shared in the events of the evening previous with Lia, the ixifar, and many others, though she had escaped from the clutches of absolute drunkenness and partying due to having a sleepy effect from alcohol more then slurred speech and jelly like legs and movement, to where she currently resided. It was now solidly morning and Thimble had awoken with a grumbly noise arising from her stomach and and mild throb in her temple, now could be seen making her way to the large Tavern doors, rubbing the bridge of her noise between her index finger and thumb, looking far less bubbly then her normal self. During a great yawn, she passed through the threshold and walked over to the bar, mostly to grab her prized bottle, to her anyway, and something for breakfast. As she made her way over, she saw Seren go over and greet Lia, still rather sluggish, she rumped onto the bend and then the bar and sat at the edge of the bar counter, taking a swig from her half full bottle of water, setting it down and capping it.

She yawned once more and waved with slight enthusiasm to the two, a light smile spreading across her lips. "Hello Lia, Hi Seren. How are two feeling this morning?" She giggled, being silly but also being fairly serious.

With his eyes squinting, Seren turned to look at Thimble. "Good morning, Thimble. You look like you are taking last night a bit better than we are!" He then laughed for a moment and then lets out a sigh. "I'm surprised I even remember what happened last night... I haven't partied like that in years." he says as he closes his eyes and takes a deep breath.

Lia hardly moved, but her eyes glanced at Thimble. After a minute or so, her hand released the glass and rubbed her eyes. Slowly she forced herself to sit up. Both hands covered her eyes with the heel of her palms, while her fingers latched into her loose hair. A soft groan rolled in Lia's throat. "Mmnorrning..." She mumbled through mostly closed lips.
