Multi classing and you

Just a quick note to say that when I'm messing around with NPCs and mutli-classing certain combos, I notice that not all the classes are receiving their affinities. Savage/Warrior is changing how much brawn is costing my NPCs dependent on which class I take first. If I take Savage first, brawn costs 5 and weapon spec costs 6, that is after multi-classing into Warrior. Conversely, the Warrior taken first, weapon spec costs 4 and brawn 7. (All human of course)

Just making sure that my brain has not fully melted into goo ... mmmmmmm goooo.

Kudos for finding a very esoteric glitch. When combining skill affinities from multiple classes, I have to merge the arrays and scrub them for duplicates. Apparently, when I was doing that, I wasn't resetting the numeric indices of those arrays, so the scrubbing of lower-level affinities that comes afterward was only processing partially.

I added some sort functions to restore the indices. I believe it's working correctly now. Let me know if you notice any other problems.
