Over the course of several weeks, a variety of merchants begin arriving in Jastrey. Among them are an aged elven apothecary named Drannen, a gregarious dwarven prospector named Bolgar, a shifty urdek "peddler" named Ankelios, a sly human arcane supplier named Gledrin, and a friendly gnome trader named Dibryn. Each arrives in town independently, makes small talk with whoever is about, and sets up shop in the merchant's hall. These merchants pop in and out regularly, alternately coming to town to sell their wares and returning to the business of producing them.
(Out-of-play note: These merchants are intended for interaction online and are unlikely to be available in play. You can roleplay with them and buy goods from them between games, but they will be out of town attending to business at the time of an event. This is meant to allow Nick and I to focus on providing stellar game content on site, and to encourage you to take care of all of your character's business between games. That isn't to say there will never be merchants in play, only that the ones carrying run-of-the-mill merchandise will be out of play most or all of the time.)
