Just so everyone is aware, the site went down yesterday because our previous web host decided to suspend the account, citing performance issues on the shared server. We've since moved to a new host with a more Drupal-friendly setup. I'll be keeping a close eye on site latency and performance issues to ensure it's a good fit. I'm already aware of issues with chat, but if you notice anything working poorly, please let me know.
And, before anyone asks, yes we have a new chat. The old software was causing a lot of latency, and didn't want to play nicely with the new server, so I ripped it out and installed a new, third-party provider. It's got some ads and a limit of 15 users at once, but it seems to be working well enough. At least we shouldn't see any more delayed or lost messages, and we now have the ability to chat with anonymous users.
