Ohren's Construction Part 2

Ohren gets up early in the morning, earlier than usual for the lazy druid. He goes out and slips into a harness for a cart, shifts into bear form and heads out to the outskirts of jastrey, For any who decide to follow him, it seems he is making trips around the old battle fields and collecting ruined weapons and any other weapons dropped by the enemies that the town has vanquished. He also appears to be collecting stones, small, medium, and large stones. He heads around to the nexus, and the mines, picking up most of his stones there, and returns to the Crimson Quarter. He begins to mix a batch of mortar and starts to place the stones. He stacks them and mortars them till he has a three foot tall section and then tops it off with the shards of the weapons and mortars them in place, the swords and spear heads, arrows and axes with the sharp ends pointed out away from the Crimson Quarter. With each cartload, he finishes about four feet of wall, and then heads back out, foraging for supplies again while he waits for the mortar to dry. He finishes about twelve to sixteen feet by the end of the day and then heads to the tavern for food and retuns to his hut to sleep early.

Woken up by the sound of rocks being clacked together, Desiderio wakes up in the tree he was sleeping in. He looks around to see what the fuss is about and sees Jastery's resident ursidae in the distance. He reaches into his bag for an apple and eats it while he allows his body and mind to awaken. Then he leaps from tree to tree to the halfway point between town and Ohren, finds a comfortable branch cluster and sits.

Curious to what he is foraging rocks and stones for, Des sits and watches, and waits to see where he goes to next. While waiting he starts to grind collected herbs in a bowl for toxins. He spots the bear hitch back to the cart and leave for town again and starts to put his kit away. Then follows quietly in the canopy to the Crimson Quarter to see him packing the stones into a wall with mortar.

Watching and grinding herbs as Ohren does so, Des has an epiphany. He stows the kit again and rappels down from the tree and heads off to the fields in another direction looking for different herbs for his idea.

Des returns at the end of the day with burlap sacks full of herbs and spices. Ones that he studied that insects and bugs did not like. And then he took the time to stick adhesive made from those herbs and clay and stuck them in holes throughout the Crimson Quarter walls. It was done after about an hour and a half. And then climbed carefully onto the top of the wall and lathered the blades on the top of the wall with toxins to weaken anyone who dares to attempt to break in. By the time he finished with what he was doing, the sun had long gone down, so he showered, and went in the tavern to eat some food.

Once again, the druid wakes up early and begins his task, moving around the outskirts of town and picking up rubble from the mines and the nexus, loading it into his cart and foraging for the spare weapons dropped by the slain enemies of Jastrey. He returns to his small construction site and begins building more of the wall, topping it with the weapons and shards of weapons from the multitudes of enemies Jastrey has battled. He completes a four foot section and returns to his collections, repeating the process four times. So far the wall stands three feet high, one foot wide and thirty two feet long. He drags himself to the tavern for food and a drink and then returns to his hut to crash for the evening.

Ohren seems to continue this process every day, stopping only for water and food. The wall slowly grows in length, starting to surround the crimson quarter in a spikey protective wall.

A silence followed by a  loud roar of victory can be heard coming from the vicinity of the Crimson Quarter. Ohren saunters his way towards the center of town and the Tavern. His body covered with mortar, dust, and minor lacerations. He shakes like a dog, emiting a cloud of dust and dirt and then proceeds into the tavern He looks around.

"MOZOF!! IS YOU HERE?!"

He yells loudly in the tavern, not bothering to look hard enough to find the Angori.

Stiers aproches the wall and looks at Ohren Gently pats him  goood job love the work you have done

Ohren looks at Stiers.

"Hey... has you seened Mozof? I needs him to making sumtin."

No sorry orhen i have not he might be in the tavern
