Seeking Gnomes and Dwarves

Akon nodded to Morzoth as they exited his forge from the Crimson Quarter. She looked back at him as they walked towards the tavern. "I am not as familiar with Fuchu..do you know where he resides? And I believe I've seen Riddles about at least."

"i have seen him around the warriors hall and i know your feelings of him but we might want to seek the aid of my master black smith" morzoth looks up with a grin from ear to ear

"And who might that be?" She asked, eyeing that grin of his. "Taklinn I'm assumning.."

"Why yes madam yes indeed" Morzoth looks up to the lights of the tavern coming closer. "I wonder if my brother has gotten into the ale again"

"Likely.." She said with a bit of a smirk, walking with him. "And I don't care, we need all the hands we can get. Though I'll leave you to talking with the dwarves. They will respond better to you than myself. Something about my eyes..." She said, her tone hinting at a bit of jest.

"Aye there are few words that can be discussed between your kind" morzoth walks up the steps to the tavern the light peariing through the door.  Thw sound of chatter and merryment can be herd but the under tone of worry can be felt. the looming shadow of the litch cast a feeling of un ease over the land. he opens the door and motions for akon to enter.

Akon follows him in, squiting her eyes a bit to adjust to the tavern's relative brightness, scanning the occupants.

Fu sat at his Table, eating and drinking. He glanced to the open door noticing the Horned one named Morzoth and the Dark Eye with an even Darker aura. Fu drank from his tea kit finishing his meal thinking about the last battle he was in. How the Dark eye helped him while aboard the Sky ship. he nodded his approval. His fellow kinsman told him to wary of the Dark ones. Fu stretched in his chair and yawned. He felt tired from all his training

morzoth follows in and sees the dwarf sitting with his tea and goes to sit next to him
"i would love a cup of tea skinny beard."

Akon watched as Morzoth went to take a seat, nodding to the dwarf. She drew herself along the edge of one of the walls nearby, and crossed her arms as she leaned against it, drawing up her hood to guard her eyes from the tavern lights.

Fu felt his face heat up a bit from the remark "Skinny beardu? IIIIEEE! my beard is long and sharp like the blades i use!" Fu sat and stroked his beard fondly calming down and smirking seeing that the Horned one only jests. "Do you think you can handle Dwarf Tea Curly Onni?" he let out a deep chuckle and poured Morzoth a cup. He motioned for his Dark eye guest to have a seat at his table "worry not Dark eye i have no querral with you. Sit drink be merry, for soon. War.."

Akon looked to him, leaning up off the wall, and taking the invitation. She sat gently at the table beside the dwarf, looking to his tea. "Dwarf Tea Curly Onni? That is one I have never tried, and I am rather fond of teas. What is it made of?" She looked to him, pulling back her hood to rest on her shoulders to look to her present company.

He poured a third cup for The new guest at his table. "Curly Onii is a jest at Morzoth-san. As for the tea they are remnents from my homeland. Dozo" he pushed the cup with both hands bowing towards Akon.

Akon looked to him, and bowed lightly as the dwarf did towards herself, taking the cup likewise with both hands. She turned it one quarter before lifting it to her lips, pausing to take in the aromas.

Morzoth chuckles a bit  muttering "dark eye"  morzoth takes the cup. with his left hand under it. "this tea is a little cold" (1 fire) he takes a sip then looks to fu. "i have herd you delve into the arts of machinery."

Fu observed The Dark Eye with newfound respect. "i see you are a consuier of tea's" he took a sip from his cup and turned to Morzoth "Hai, I have found a new intrest in this Machinery you speak of. It makes good use of dwarven craftsmenship, and to be honest i am not good with that mumushouw you are good with Morzoth-san." he finished his cup and poured another. "Are you needing somthing nakama?" (nakama means comerade)

Akon then took a sip of her tea, as Fu finished his and poured himself another cup. She took a slight sip of it, letting the various flavors roll over her tongue as she listened to the two.

"Well mister Fu Akon here has come up with a wonderful idea about chaining the beast and quite frankly i want in. were going to need something sharp and when it comes to weapons i have the hottest forge on the shard.

Fu nodded in agreement. "a way to take our foe's greatest asset away ,Flight, Hmmm most intresting." Fu stroked his beard thinking "tell me more of your plan, if i can aid I will gladly. From what i have gathered the Drakelich has been the cause of many a problem Fu would be honored to help" Fu sipped from his cup pondering. Many creative ideas flowing through his head. Diffrent machine ideas, Technalogic marvels and the time on his hand to make them inbetween training.

Akon lifted her lips from the cup, leaning back slightly. The woman showed no emotion, nor tonage to her voice as she spoke, looking casually towards the dwarf with subdued red gaze. "The idea is rather simple, crafted when several met in the warriors hall. Fight has always been his means for escape, and something he always relies upon. The idea is to create some kind of harpoon mechanism, to secure him to the ground. Morzoth is fine at crafting chains and weaponry, but we figured you may be able to help more on the mechanical end of the device. Perhaps garner the aid of others in town to help create the whole contraption."

Fu thought long and hard he shuffled through his things until he pulled out paper, inkstone and a brush. he begain to draw blue prints immediatly. "Hmm what you are attempting to do is bold, but Fortune does favor the bold. Attacking him on foot would lead to another failure but, take the beasts wings and he too will walk the ground. Higher chances of Success, but will taking his flight be enough? how can such a creature truly die. I know very little of the unliving" Fu continued diligintly working drawing plans with great speed and precision

"ha eastern one if it is the dead you want to know of then you are in the right company"

"Prime..." Akon muttered over her tea as she took another sip. "Pure, unrelenting, primale energy. The last piece of this puzzel is to get the magi and theurges to open a portal perhaps to the primal plane, and either tansport him there, or funnel the energy onto him. We also plan to embue the chains with primal energy. The original idea was that of your kin, Taklinn, to ground him. We've just been formulating on how to actually go about it. I think it's brilliant, and damn well worth a shot at least. But when the undead are subject to prime..it can make them react in certain ways. They often shy away, but it can have dire consequences. To all though, it usually aids in bringing about their death, or at least weakening them. "

"hmm i doubt chaining him would be easy, perhaps we but timed charges on the hooks, the blast would force him to the ground, ripping away the air he gathers under his wings. Can this energy be made in liquide form? we could use Sharp hollow hooks that inject it into him if he tries to struggle and fly away. Taklinn-dono came up with it?  hmm" Fu paused from his work and stroked his beard "haha this will be intresting indeed. So we have the means to kill this beast this time? All we need to do is chain it to the ground where we can reach it." Fu smiled at his blueprints and sipped from his cup. "I will need help with these i will seek the aid of the Gnomes they have helped me before. They will help me again if i call upon them. Hmm, new problem if we chain him to the ground no doubt he will call upon his minons to free him from anything we use to tie him down"

"hope fully with the prime running through the chains will be resistant to the walkers. But a sheild or two around the chains should help in detouring them." Morzoth eyes glint with a blue flame as he stares at his clinched fist. "i have been yurning for a good fight these chains will be my best yet and they shall restrian the beast "

Akon took another sip of her tea, the only thing being read off of her bland features was that of contemplation. "Liquid prime...mmmn. Yes, it is possible. It is rather simple actually. In common tongue, the compound is known as Annointing Oil. It's a concotion created by mixing a stronger herb with several weakers ones. Easily enough to create. I could also take time to study the magical properties of the amulet the dragonkin gave us. Perhaps it could be duplicated....though...duplicating the art of the immortals is no easy task." She looked again to the dwarf. "However, if you injected him with annointing oil at the point of contact with the harpoons...it may cause his flesh to rot so much that he would come free. That particular application may not be best, unless we could get it in his belly...." She mused.

Fu's eyes glinted with pure amusement "Belly?" he laughed loudly with a hint of deviousness to it. "Imagine if you were scorch, Full of yourself looking at the town folk like ants, insignificant. Now imagine how upset you would be if they could force you to land against your will. Would you roar? would you attempt to frighten the ants who dare challenge you. You let out a roar of pure hate and suddenly, Gulp." Fu smiled "you ate something you shouln't have." Fu drew a small diagram "if we could make a device that would go off at a flick of a switch or some magical thingy he would be in for a surprize" Fu thought alittle bit more "or if that wouldnt do it we could set the primal energy on fire underneath him soak the battle field. This would weakin his minions as well." Fu nodded thinking carefully

Morzoths hands begin to burn as he is staring deeply at nothing his hands are now tightly gripped around the table as smoke rises from them. "i shall chain the bastard and feed it to him my self.

Akon glanced to Morzoth. "Ease yourself..." She stated blandly. "Such is the goal of us all who sit at this table."

She then looked to Fu. "A portal would be a better means of bathing the field. Immortals, it would even be more effective if we transported him -there-, to the primal plane itself. That would be the expertise of Thalenir. However, as far as a magical mechanism, porting the annointing oil directly into his being may be possible. Gate crystals are fabulous at that, and I may have a few tucked away...."

Morzoth Slams his fists onto the table Rallying to his feet. "There is no time to be CALM" embers steadily became visable on his visage as he roared to the roof of the Tavern fire sprouting from his finger tips (6 Fire) "To the forge!" he announced charging out the door of the tavern on his way to the crimsion quarter. " I will force the beast to it's knees, My chains will be...." Trailing of into the distance his taunts could be heard

Fu shook his head snickering at how Morzoth left the Tavern "That Horned one gets ahead of himself easily" He turned toward Akon, "hm maybe we need to talk to the others that could help us, I am not very good at magic or its applications." Fu took a long sip finishing his cup "This will be most intresting. An honorable battle lay ahead of us. Fu is pleased to know that you are a good Dark eye Akon-san" Fu smiled and bowed his head to her. "it puts me at ease that the good word i have heard was not wishful thinking but the truth itself."

Taklinn steps out of the sahdows of the Shady corner.  He nods to his departing apprentice, claps his dwarven friend on the back and mutters "hoot" under his breath, the only greeting he can muster towards Akon.  "large pitons hammered into the ground , attached to the chains should keep him grounded and leashed a bit.  As fer the harpoon, a few wicked barbs in it should keep him hooked like a fish.  Me problem with yer whole plan is that we are talkin' about Scorch, a Wyrm dracolich here.  How puny will those chains be when his rage is laid out bare.  The chains canno' be made of regular iron or steel."  His brows furrow for a bit, and then his eyes open quickly and he bangs his fist against his breastplate.  "Adamant may be an option!  Seems I 'll be teachin' the horned one the last of his lessons a tad early.    I'll oversee the chains an' the harpoon with Morzoth.  Firing the durned thing is up to the rest of ye, though I'm thinkin' that dirgible fuel could propel the weapon enough.  A simple tube, sealed well and filled with the fuel may work.  I leave that to ye all, but time is of the essence, and there be work to do.  Seek me an' the Angori iffin' ye have any other thoughts."  He says to Fu, completely ignoring Akon in his rambling, and he gets up and follows the Angori to the forge.
