Space Larping at Firepit

Hey guys! This past weekend was my dad's b-day, and we played this neat little indie game called Artemis. Basically, a crew of 4 to 7 controls and commands a spaceship in 3-d space. It feels a lot like having your own episode of Startrek.

This game can be run on most phones, tablets, and even the most dogshit of computers and laptops. Its on steam for 7 bucks, but the creators felt they didnt need to put keys on thier game, so I can put it on your computer for free.99

It really, really fun when you are drunk.

But yea! If you want in, makes sure your computer can connect to a wifi network, and maybe go on steam and pick it up. The creators would love your dolla dolla bills.

You said you could run it on a mobile phone?

Sign me up I have a Macbook Pro and a Galaxy S7 Edge!

Full speed ahead, Cap'n.

in some cases joe, its still like in hella beta. we can always take turns at various positions (giggity)

I'm planning on bringing my PC with me to the event. I can put it on my computer tonight.

Sign me up. I have an LGv10

I mean, I could bring my PC, but that would be quite a haul.

computers and laptops are prefered, anyone using anything else should def check and see if thier device can run it

Must talk in Galaxy Quest-esque voices when playing

Oh, fine I'll bring the Black Box as well

Oh, fine I'll bring the Black Box as well

little sad we never ran this sounded like a great idea.

any idea if we could run it over a skype call?

I'm sure you can.  I took a quick look at it before firepit, and it's just connecting to a server that one user creates.  Nothing too difficult.

yea, sorry  guys, the internet didnt seem to enjoy supporting that many devices at any given time in the cabin. we can def try to run it later tho

cool, just give me some advanced warning on when and I'll download it. 7 bucks is totally worth it for some fun with friends

Agreed
