The Specialty Action skill is now live and available for purchase. Basically, you can purchase additional uses of class actions that you already know. Caster classes and races have an affinity for it, while fighter classes and races don't. It has some special stipulations to keep things under control; for example, you can't have more total ranks than your character level, the base cost is equal to the rating of the action, and only the affinity of the action's class applies to the cost (i.e., no level-dipping in wizard for the affinity so you can specialize in warrior actions).
Give it a try. Mess around with it. Try to break it or find loopholes. Then tell me so I can fix it. ;)
