Stormbringer Seeks a Trainer

Nail Stormbringer enters the Warrior's Hall and looks around.
"Anybody here?" he calls out.  "Damn, didn't think so.  Where's another warrior when you need one?"
Stormbringer kicks aside the dummy's head that was severed by Kevass and heads towards the weapon rack to select a suitable longsword to train with.
 
(OOP:  Need a Warrior above level 3 who can teach me some abilities)

Perhaps you should check the library?  Unless I am mistaken, there is probably a book on the matter you seek.

(OOP: The library books are set up as NPCs.  Just queue up a downtime activity and select the appropriate Library NPC as your trainer.  In your case, you probably want the character named Library: Manual of Warfare.)
