A note, folded in half, is attached to the wall above the bar in the Shady Corners. The paper is sturdy, gives off a dim light, and glitters continuously. It reads:
“Attention: Ladies of Jastrey
I, Queen Festivia of the Seelie Court, formally invite all ladies of Jastrey to attend a REAL tea party hosted in the Shady Corners. Tea and cakes will be served after midday. Admittance requires manners and that all ladies to bring a gentleman companion. Ogres are not permitted. They will be rejected with deadly force if necessary.”
The note is signed with beautiful script in an iridescent ink and sealed with a sweet smelling wax.
Walking into the tavern with an easy pace, the young Ixifarian woman overhears the over excited fairy's commontion. "Another one?...Seems to becoming a every mest thing..." She quietly commented before glancing over to the fancy letter on the wall. "Doesn't seem to be written in Oger this time...I suppose that's a good sign...heh." Reading over the entirity of the invitation brings a slow, impish smile to her lips. "Must bring a gentleman companion, eh? I wonder if Delvin would be opposed..." Still grinning, she walked over to the bar to place her order.
Glimmer eyes the note curiously, then flits to it. Unpinning it from the wall, she notices the wax and stuffs 4 cookies in her mouth. She reads it carefully, being sure not to miss any details, then pins it back to the wall. "TAAAAAAAAKKLIIIIN! Wash yer kilt lad, there's a tea to be attendin'! And donna ye think fer a second methinks ta go alonesies, nay. Me goes with ye! Wear yer finest....never ye frets. I'll picks it out I will! There's a tea a tea a tea!" Glimmer flits rapidly back and forth through the tavern, half elling about tea, and half digging in her pouch. She pulls a prized red candy from her pouch, swallows it hole, and plops into the floor drooling slightly.
