I'd just like to offer a brief thanks after my first event! ^_^
Firstly, to the plot and staff for providing a LARP i nthe first place, secondly to the park (although they won't see this likely) for letting us use their facilities for the weekend. Thirdly I'd like to thank a few people specifically for making it a memorable weekend:
*DJ: For the early morning company, and being a generally awesome guy - although you did maim me in the newbie mod you [censored]... :P
*Josh Perry: For helping reconstitute my disintegrated form, although he doesn't know how he does it. ;)
*Rasiri: for the laughs. ;P
*BigZwey: For not only letting me borrow a shield, but even passing it on to me completely; thanks a lot! :D
*Belemrys and Tregard: For awesome food all weekend long!
*Jerond: For his assistance and for fixing my maimed arm when I stumbled into town.
*Akon: Who, in a rare moment of compassion, actually scooped my ashes into her cowl and carried me out of the combat zone to reconstitute me, for running newbie mod, for answering all our questions, and being a friendly and helpful person in general. ^_^
*Alexander Jayden: For inviting me to Orn in hte first place! :D
*Peanut: Just because, Peanut, 'nuff said. :P
*Snowball: For the early morning company, Rolemaster talk, hanging out, and being a monstroud creature who killed my wandering monster 4:5 times; sad terrasque... :P
If I didn't name you specifically, I don't mean any offense, but there were so many people, and I didn't even catch the names of some of you, although we hung out quite a bit! :P
Here's hoping I'll see you all again at the end of September!
