Something that came up in our fireside chat last night was the fact that sometimes I post things that are up for debate, and other times I post things that are more advisory. In an attempt to be more clear about that, I'll now be appending a THS ("Thad Has Spoken") score to my posts.
Here's how it works. It's a number between 1 and 10, with 1 being "Not at all committed to this idea / Could easily change or be dropped / Just throwing it out there" and 10 being "This is what we'll be doing / Feel free to comment but don't expect it to change."
Hopefully that will prevent further confusion and frustration. Let me know if you have any questions.
