The man known only as Master Dalgoon materializes before the entrance of the mine. Looking around at the runes he shakes his head and closes his eyes tight. "This is not real." he murmurs as he steps forward past the glowing runes littering the grave site.
"Gecel! King Gecel of the Gandhelm Clan come from your magnificent mine! Dalgoon seeks a word!" The man yells into the darkness of the mine. Tapping his staff against the ground he snuffs out the violet glowing sigils and absorbs their latent magical energy into his staff. With a quick wink of light the magic flickers away into the orb atop the staff.
The Wizard waits patiently for a response from his old friend.
Surprised by the speed of the dwarf's words and his sudden appearance, the wizard looks perplexed. Then the Late Gecel Grandhelm rings throughout the cave's entrance and the man looks as if he will fall over.
The wizard blinks in disbelief. "I'm still trapped!" the wizard shouts as he spins about threatening invisible foes. "Come forth phantasms! I'll throttle you again! " Spinning back upon the dwarf he seems to see him again for the first time.
"Ah Geecel, there you are. Why do you keep an old friend waiting? We must see Nevara and Firelilly at once!" He spins off and trots away from the dwarf. then stopping as if he suddenly realized a terrible trouth he slowly turns around. His face is white as a sheet as he asks in nearly a whisper,? What happened to Adyslaine?"
?Clearly you are confused good King, come we must off to Jastery with all do haste.? the man says as he reaches to grab the dwarf?s arm. ?And I know just the spell!?Taking hold of the dwarf?s soiled shirt sleeve he says mater-of-factly, ?Now you see me, and now you don?t.? With another thunderous boom the dwarf and the man are gone.
"What is all the loud noise for! Alec states as he appears out of the mine. I would take it that your Dalgoon. I am Alec Goblinsmasher student of the late Gecel Grandhelm is there something I can do for ya. I ain't seen Gecel and been searching for a few days."
