A figure with a pointy hat walks up to the town post and nails a bullitin up to the post.

Then he walks away toward the tavern.
Behind him the post reads:
Town Meeting at the Tavern
Meeting point - amendment to the laws of Jastry
All townsfolk please attend
Coming up behind Nakigahara, Katri tried to get around him to read the paper that caused the smile and exclamation from the angori. "A town meeting, eh?" A smirk of her own graced her face beneith her mask. A meeting about amendment to the laws of the town would definately be something she wanted to hear. She turned about and headed for the tavern.
Nakigahara reads the builitin and smiles, "About time! I told the judge that the punishment for jaywalking should be death!"
