Treasure Stacking

Consumables, resources, and valuables can now be stacked. You can do this on your treasure screen by checking any number of identical items and clicking the Stack button. Stacked items become a single tag (e.g., three stacked Iclunia Dust becomes one Iclunia Dust x 3), which cannot be split in play but only counts as one item in your inventory. They’re also easier to check back in after an event and can help avoid repetitive messages when sending items to others.

Just like you can stack individual items, you can also Split stacks into their constituent elements (e.g., an Iclunia Dust x 3 tag splits into three Iclunia Dust tags). Obviously, this only applies to interchangeable treasure; equipment cannot be stacked in this way. Furthermore, if you use part of a stack of consumables and check it in afterward, you are responsible for splitting the stack and discarding what you used.

Is there a maximum to this, Thad?

I probably should put a maximum to it, at least for consumables. Thoughts?

Considering I could carry somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 toxins on me at once, yes. There probably should be. 5 or 10, maybe?

Maybe max it at 5?

I could get my treasure page down to 3

5 sounds like a good cap for something like that, in my opinion.

Nevermind just read the top again. So if I use one of my four stacked tonics I will have to check it in and delete it myself. I like the prospect of stacking so I can have more inventory space.

Yes, Andy. At the end of the day, this isn’t very dissimilar to having you throw away the individual tags you’ve used. We’ve always relied upon you guys to be honest about disposing of things after they’re used up. This just means you’ll be doing it online when it comes to partially-used stacks.
