Returned by the powers of the Dark Grey Tabernacle, the returned shamble across the shards of Orn, their limbs cracking and protesting but otherwise eerily silent, doing the bidding of their masters. Wherever they are found, one can be certain that the shaded cohorts of the Tabernacle are not too far away.


Sardian Peasant

Sardia is a land of feudal lords who pay homage to a secondary ruling class of religious elites. The peasantry have the luxury of being able to serve both.

Werebeasts are those that are cursed to change form in both mind and body during the full moon into a creature that straddles the worlds of the wild and civilization.  A curse upon the intelligent races of Orn, the werebeast fights against the rules of civilization with lethal results to those that oppose it.  Most werebeasts take the form of predators or creatures symbolic of power in cultures of Orn such as wolves, bears, serpents, sharks, and boars.  More peaceful and exotic versions are thought to exist away from the civilized races.  It is though werebeasts can spread their curse throu

In the Wraithwood, folk whisper fearfully of faceless, skeletally thin beings dressed in finery. If one of these creatures sees you, they will pursue you relentlessly until they kill you before the next full moon rises. It is said the only way to appease a gaunt is to offer up your own child, who is then doomed to become a gaunt themselves.


Netherwrought Undead

Undead created in The Nether itself, or near an open portal to it, can draw deeper from its festering wellspring than their more common incarnations.  These undead must first be purged by the power of The Prime before any headway is to be made.

Zombies are simple undead created by reanimating fresh corpses. Most sport grotesque wounds, sallow skin, and the pungent odor of decay. Their slow reflexes and dim intelligence make them little threat individually, a disadvantage necromancers usually offset through sheer numbers.
