The new story submission system is ready. You can read all about it on the Storytelling section of the game guide. New stories will appear in the main activity feed on the home page as they are approved. You can also go to the Storyboard page (available under the Community menu) to see a filterable and sortable list of stories.
Note that this is an initial release. It should be enough to collect content, vet it, and arrange it by popularity. I still need to give narrators the ability to volunteer and integrate it with the scheduling system. I also plan to add a custom feedback system, but those features don't need to be in place until March. For now, let's get the ball rolling.
