Sitting across from the Pillar of Virtue, once a well maintained stone building it is now little more than an abandoned ruin. A badly painted sign once pronounced the building to be the "Brokn Noz", in Cirth; but now it bears the Vostonjin "兵屋". A smaller sign underneath previously proclaimed the property as "Accorded Neutral Territory" on a handsome set of gray boards; but now bears the Vostonjin "傭兵" and "僧兵".
